WORLD UPLOAD HELP!!??!!!

I'm looking for a tutorial of how to upload a world save file onto Planet Minecraft When I try to upload a world, it asks for the World Download URL, does this mean that i need a URL for a site where I can put stuff up for download? If so can you name a couple easy AND free sites to use? I want to share all my epic worlds with the Internet and if you can show me how, that would be awesome!

Go to C:UsersYOURNAMEHEREAppDataRoaming/.minecraft/saves copy what world you want to a rar file. then go upload it to mediafire and copy the url to your information on the project. Run the mediafire URL through adf.ly to make money when people click on your link hoppe i helped :D
