Technic world upload?

Hey fellow mine crafters it's coolguy here and I was thinking, well I just uploaded my best Minecraft survival world how about my best survival technic world. In my eyes it's pretty good, but I have one problem I can't do anything because its so laggy. My world is at about 1 fps therefore I can not take pictures or advance anywhere. If anyone has anyway to fox this please let me no. But anyway I have a lot of mods covered in my world not just one. I have an unlimited source of emc using blaze rods and a part in which the modded didn't look into enough. I would really love to upload it but I can't so anything that might help is very much appreciated.
