Ok so I made a animated texture pack called NinjaCraft Animated TexturePack and im still doin work to it but every time I want to upload it PMC doesnt let me it says uploading but it never stops and wont upload! So PMC please fix this and also you can see the texture pack in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbmyNia_wjg&feature=g-user-u go check it out and subscribe to him!

PMC will be fixed next week, i am pissed off, too. I am also trying to upload a texture pack to PMC TOO!
