One Admin to each island, you find your own island and build whatever the hell you want on it, as new people join the world, you can pick them to join your island as you trust them, you then gather more and more people onto your island, only the admin doesnt do it legit, you cannot provide items, if you are caught doing so you will be removed by admin, admin are recognised with a Green Label before their name [Admin] like so.
