The ability of Slow Falling
I added a new Item, which allows you to get the slow falling effect when sneaking.


How to get the item
Drop a nether star and a feather onto the ground to create the item (in this case a phantom membrane).

How to use the item
Put the phantom membrane in the second hand. If you sneak a bar will load up. When this bar is fully charged you get a slow falling effect. The bar will automatically disappear if you put the item back into your main hand.



Features
If you want the items back, drop the phantom membrane on top of a grindstone.
