24w14potato Aether Datapack 1.1.3

News: This has been updated to version 1.1.3. This is likely the final version for now unless I have some big idea to improve the pack, or make a breakthrough on a feature I could not fix like villager trades.

This changes the Potato dimension into a new version of the Aether for an immersive experience. This comes complete with biome alterations and recipe changes to accommodate this more immersive change. Some things are unable to be altered due to technical limitation such as the green clouds.

This requires the resource pack.

This datapack only works with snapshot 24w14potato!

Here is a changelog, there were many details changed so this will not be fully comprehensive.

- Replaced Potato wood with the Pale Oak wood, but while modifying and retaining the tree.

- All Potato dimension references have been changed to the Aether, with name changes too, such as Floatato to Aercloud.

- All natural Potato blocks have been replaced with Aether blocks or gotten new variants or recolors.

- Baked Potato Bricks have been replaced with Resin bricks, including new variants, such as replacing the expired variant with Celestite. They are crafted using Toxic Resin.

- Poisonous Potatoes have been removed and replaced with a new gem called Celestite

- Potato Ore has been replaced with Celestite Ore

- The Potato mob skins have been replaced with either new mob variants, or variants from Earth & Dungeons.

- The Potato-specific villager biome skin has received a new skin.

- New sounds have replaced Potato specific stuff such as the chants from the Poisonous Potato Zombie(Celestite Homunculus now)

- The Potato Biomes have received new light values except for the Wasteland biome which has been left as is, as it is a toxic landscape.

- The Wasteland biome no longer spawns columns of Ancient Debris for balance reasons

- Several recipe have been changed, the Potato Hammer(Celestite Hammer) forexample requires Netherite ingots and a Heavy Core to be crafted

- The Potato Peeler(Vicious Peeler), The Mace, and the Celestite Hammer can be enchanted with durability enchantments such as unbreaking and mending. (The Mace had not received its enchantments in 24w14potato yet)

- Foxes can spawn in the Aether Biomes now.

- The Unused paintings have been enabled. (Wind, Water, Fire and Earth)

There are other minor changes across the board.
