I brewed my first Cider. Everything works well. Thank you! I'm going to build a wine cellar now. One thought: it would be nice if there were a way to see from a distant glance that my brews are completed - instead of having to go to them and open and manually check them. I don't know if it's possible, but rotating the barrel or the piston top may be a good way to visually indicate when they are ready. Just an idea.
