Introduction


This datapack allows you to get ingots when you mine ores that need melting.
It can automatically turn the following ores you mine into minerals, without a furnace:

  • iron ore -> iron ingot
  • deepslate iron ore -> iron ingot
  • gold ore -> gold ingot
  • deepslate gold ore -> gold ingot
  • ancient debris -> netherite scrap
  • copper ore -> copper ingot
  • deepslate copper ore -> copper ingot

Since you don't need to melt ores in a furnace, you will not acquire experience orbs when mining these ores.
The amount of minerals will have a chance to increase when using a pickaxe with Fortune enchantment, and ores will drop as usual when using a pickaxe with SilkTouch enchantment.

The datapack still works in 1.17 except for deepslate ores. I will add deepslates ores in the next version. If you believe there is still a bug, please open an issue in https://github.com/katorlys/IssueTracker/issues. Thank you for your contribution.
