Aby połączyć elytrę z napierśnikiem rzuć na kowadło elytre i diamentowy lub netherytowy napierśnik. Aby dodać zaklęcie na elytrę rzuć na kowadło elytrę i zaklętą książkę.

How to combine the elytra with a chestplate and add enchants to it?
To combine the elytra with the chestplate, drop the elytra on the anvil and the diamond or netherite chestplate. To add a enchant on the elytra, drop the elytra and the enchanted book on the anvil.
How to disconnect the elytra from the chestplate and remove the enchants?
To disconnect the elytra from the chestplate you will need a blast furnace, you have to drop an elytra on it. To remove the enchant from the elytra you need to drop the elytra and the book on the grindstone. Enchants such as Protection and Thorns will be removed from the elytra when separated from the chestplate.
What is Slow Falling and how do I add it?
