Entirely a vanilla Minecraft Data Pack for Minecraft 1.18+
Gat's Birthday Datapack celebrates your birthday! One out of every ten zombies will be wearing a festive party hat, carrying a birthday cake, and playing a cute birthday tune. Defeat the festive zombies, and they will drop the birthday cake for you to enjoy.
Server administrators simply list in the datapack's _configuration file all the players whose birthdays need celebrating, and /reload to enable the party. Admin can also tag a player for a birthday celebration with the following command

-improved cake placement in foliage areas.
-added list of whose birthday is active in the load message.
-added a custom name to the festive zombies.
-added a birthday salutation from the dying festive zombie.
