    Yeah, it's a vanilla feature so it should work on any version after 1.16.

    It should work on any version after 1.16, it just adds chains to the block tag that makes blocks climbable.

    I mean, the entire datapack basically just one file with "chain" written in it... but thanks!

    After a few seconds you will see a skip button on the top right of the page, click it.
    It will take you to the mediafire folder. Click on the file and it will take you to the download page.
