Does this datapack remove the name of the item being displayed? If not do you think there can be a way that it can?

It doesn't, and I don't know of any way to implement that, unfortunately.

Hello! There are still problems with this datapack and with datapacks that unlocks every recepies. I do not get the inv item frames, but in the upper right corner an "recepies unlocked" with knolidge book icon permanently stay there, even if I quit and log in again.

Maybe if someone made a datapack that only gives vanilla recipes it would fix this issue but as of now I don't think there's anything I can do about it.
