This datapack modifies the loot table of the coal ore to have a 1% chance of spawning coal.

NOTE: I don't know how to apply a fortune multiplier but instead I added a looting multiplier.

you said 1% chance of spawning coal. Does that mean that when you mine coal ore, you'll usually just get diamonds?
