CoolTools Datapack v1.08
100% predicate with zero nbt checks (this is THE best for anti-lag)
New Tools:
Wither Bell: When rung, it gives the glowing effect to wither skeletons within range.
Wrench: The most comprehensive, most polished wrench available, to rotate block orientation. Even allows the rotation of full containers like the chest, dispenser, dropper, hopper, lectern, and more. Since v1.02, the pack rotates with trapped chest and double_chest. Since v1.05, even allows for the corner shapes of stairs in the rotation if rotated while sneaking.
Sextant: combines a range-finder, compass, clock, and telescope all in one.
Improved tools:
Bone: provides player's age and death information.
Bow and Crossbow: provides arrow counts.
Brewing Stand: on first use, players get a brewing recipe book.
Clock: alerts the players about sunrises and sets, and provides real world time.
Compass: provides compass-heading and coordinates (and pitch when wearing elytra).
Foods: provide healing, saturation, and other special characteristics of foods.
Maps: prove real-time biome information.

I looked inside the pack and the recipes are changed to "gatkong:stone" instead of "minecraft:cobblestone"
I'm so confused...
I've fixed that in version 1.06b. You can download the fixed version, or simply delete the cooltools/data/minecraft/recipes folder from your copy.
Hope this makes it awesome fer ya. ^_^
It combines so many things I was using from various other packs!
Two things:
1) Everything works perfectly except I can't craft the withering bell. If I give myself a wither skeleton spawn egg in creative it changes into a withering bell, but crafting it won't work!
2) will this dataapack work on a server?
