i cant get it to work in my world

How do you get this to load in the game? I extracted the files and put only the folder for the color I want in the resourecpack folder under worlds folder and have it selected to load into the game under the options/resourcepack tab when starting minecraft but when I open a world, the coordinates are not there.

And I have tried /reload in-game as well and that did not work
