How to install Minecraft Data Packs

You don't need to craft them anymore!
Helpful for hardcore game mode!
This datapack only has a function!
It changes the date from arrows!

Can you also do it with stray, wither skeleton, illusioner, pillager(1.14 - 1.17), piglin brute(1.16 - 1.17), multishot enchanted crossbow,(1.14 - 1.17) and infinity enchanted bow?

I don't know what exactly you mean :<, but this datapack allows you to pick up arrows of all entities (skeleton, illusioner, pillager, piglin, etc)
