Steve heads can be found semi-rarely in strongholds.
Sign a book (text inside doesn't matter) and title it the username of the player you want the head of.
Throw your signed book on the ground with a player head to assign that name to the head!
(I.e. If you want Notch's head, find a head in a stronghold, sign a book and make the title "Notch," throw the head and book together on the ground to receive your custom head)
Instruction file included. Multiplayer compatible. I'm open to suggestions for improvements.
