Bows never shoot arrow again!!
They shoot creepers!
If you play on peaceful, the datapack will not work. To be more specific, the arrows will disappear as soon as they were shot and no creepers will spawn.
Tipped arrows, or arrows with effects work the same, because they are also considered as the entity "arrow".
