    This datapack lets you play death swap in any world. Death swap is a game where you play survival minecraft with others, but every 5 minutes (changable) you swap places with a random player. There is no PVP, you need to be the last one standing by positioning yourself tactically before a swap. The original DeathSwap was created by SethBling in 2013, have a look here.


    In this death swap datapack:
    • Play with any amount of players (2+)
    • Changable delay between swaps
    • Option: play with hidden and random timer.
      This way nobody knows when the swap will be
    • Created for Minecraft version 1.21.11
    • Start at same spot with Grace period (15s)
    • All dead players will be in spectator mode

    All of the above features can be found in the menu /function ds:menu but you can also do stuff manually using commands below.



    All useful commands:

    Menu /function ds:menu
    Start the game/function ds:start
    End the game/function ds:stop
    Set delay for swap (minutes)/scoreboard players set delay ds_settings x
    Enable random & hidden timer/scoreboard players set randomtick ds_settings 1
    Disable random & hidden timer/scoreboard players set randomtick ds_settings 0
    Reset settings/function ds_settings:reset
