Deep Coal Generation (1.19.2)

I always find myself low on coal in newer versions because it doesn't generate as much (or at all) below certain depths now, so I made this. Makes coal generate more at lower depths. Just adds coal uniformly between y=-64 and y=20 with about 20 tries to generate. IDK how balanced that ends up as, but checking with World Stripper mod it seems to feel about right. Feel free to copy and modify and even reupload for other versions or whatever, since I only really play modpacks and don't play very often.
