(this is originally just to be able to download the datapack from my YouTube video.)
To use the datapck, thou write:
Play the song by running:
/function despacito:play
Pause the song by running:
/function despacito:pause
Stop the song by running:
/function despacito:stop
But first of all, thou would need to put it in thy world. Datapacks do not apply for thy whole game like mods do. But rather, thou will need to put the datapack in the world you want to use it. Thou will need to put the datapack in the datapack folder in the save file. Worlds which are not above 1.13 do not have a datapck folder since they are not updated past the point were datapcks was introduced.
For me, the folder is
AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\THY GREAT WORLD\datapacks
There are now also possible to visualize the music when playing it in the world, but I have not added it to the datapack. Comment if anyone wants to have a datapack with a visualizing.

The program i used to make the pack has updated, so i thought i would run it through the program again in case it would make it a bit better.

In Minecraft noteblock studio, there are a way to inport from MIDI, and export as a datapack.
One day, I wanted to make something funny for my friends, so i got a MIDI from somewhere and ran it threw the program. This is actually my second reason to use Minecraft noteblock studio. I downloaded the program origianlly to hear how Bitter sweet symphony sounded like with noteblock.
Then i needed a way for my friends to download it, so I submitted it here.
Then i also made a privat youtube video real quick to go along.
Then as time went by, this became my most popular video AND submission when it really was low effort.
But the problem i see right away, is the name. The actual file name of this pack is "Despacito.zip", but somehow, it has added "-e190" behind it when i uploaded it. But it seems one can just change the name back before you use it.
but no. you need to write the function:
/function despacito:play
