This will allows you to disable elytra flying by sneaking. It will also apply the slow falling effect when a player wearing an elytra sneaks.
This will reset the elytra so remove any damage or enchantments. I mostly made it to fly round in creative mode.
At the moment it will only work on single player, mostly because I got bored. But if people want I could make it work with multiplayer.
