This Datapack allows pvp to be disabled its perfect for
Server Usage
Playing with Freinds
And any other scenario that involves not wanting pvp

to disable pvp simply use the command
/function pvpoff:pvpoff

to activate pvp type
/function pvpoff:pvpon

Please Tell me if there are any bugs

may work with 1.13 to 1.16 snapshot
