Throw a dispenser into a minecart to get a Dispenser minecart, they currently only have 4 capabilities, from picked up items dropped on the tracks, they can:
Shoot Arrows,
Shoot Fireballs (From fire charges)
Shoot snowballs
Spawn TNT
These can be activated from crossing over a detector rail in the main upload, or an activator rail in the alt download.
