Easier item frame management (Locking, better turning, invisibility & more)

With this datapack you can now rotate item frames(Including glow item frames) the other way as well as lock them and turn them invisible.

To turn an item frame the opposite direction, simply sneak and right click. The item frame counts how much it rotates so you can rotate it backwards twice in one tick.

To lock and unlock an item frame, hold a gold nugget in your hand and right click the item frame. The item frame will then be unable to rotate and the item inside can not be removed.

To toggle the visibility of an item frame, hold glass in your hand and right click the item frame. The item frame will then turn invisible.

To toggle the sound of an item frame, hold white wool in your hand and right click the item frame. The item frame will then become silent (or revert back to making noise).
