This datapack allows you to reset villager trades for the price of one emerald instead of having to break the workstation. Unfortunately, due to the way the villager GUI works, you will need to reopen the villager's trades to see the new trades, but it is still far less annoying than the alternative.
Technically, you can set the price of the reset with /scoreboard players set reset_price evr <price>, however, the villager will quickly discount this by up to 25 emeralds.
If you want to be able to reset all villagers and not just level 0 ones, you can enable this option using /scoreboard players set reset_locked_villagers evr 1.
If you have custom villagers who should not be affected by this datapack, give them the tag "evr.ignore".
This datapack should work from 1.17.0 upwards; however, it has only been tested on 1.20.1.
This datapack was made with the help of mcstacker, misode, and the Minecraft wiki <3.
