Adds 3 Different Variants of the Blaze based on the Avatar Elements:
The Breeze (air):
Has a chance of spawning from any mob spawner, shoots "wind charges" which knocks players into the air backwards.
The Brine(water):
Spawns near Ocean Ruins, hits nearby mobs with "aquacharges", which gives them regen, resistance and conduit power, (the latter of which only does anything if intercepted by a player.)
The Block(earth):
Spawns near Trail Ruins, burrows underground towards the player, and damages them when it emerges, also shoots blocks when it isn't underground, can shoot packed mud, mud bricks and dirt.
