    This Data Pack makes Evokers drop Enchanted books, randomly at 45 levels and separately Soul Speed.

    45 levels are 15 levels higher than you normalt can enchant or get by fishing. Luck does not effect any drops.

    Books can no longer drop over their normal level instead they are randomized up to level 45 Soul Speed is included but behave differently from other enchanted books.

    I fixed it so there is a non-op version, the op version was also nerfed.

    I was working on the version without the op enchants but it didn't work
