Minecraft 1.19.4 added the "Operator Utilities" Tab to the creative inventory for admin items like command blocks. This datapack adds a bunch of new utility items to make your creative experience easier. Some are weapons, some are building blocks, and some are custom spawn eggs.
None of the items added by this datapack actually require the datapack to work, so you can save some of them to your Saved Hotbars and use them in any other world or server!
After downloading the pack, you can use the command /function utilities: (ID) to get the items. The item IDs and information are listed below. Make sure you type /reload to start the pack, or restart your world / server altogether.
Excalibruh
A sword that deals infinite damage, can kill anything in the game except for invincible mobs like creative players
Splash Potion of Instant Death
A splash potion that's just as deadly as Excalibruh, but it can damage multiple mobs at once
Baseball Bat
A damage-less sword with Knockback 10 that hurls mobs like baseballs
Fireball Book
A book that summons a fireball in front of you, so you can launch it like a ghast
Quick Crossbow
A crossbow with no reloading cooldown, the only limit to how fast you can shoot is how fast you can click
Quick Multibow
Another quick crossbow but this one has Multishot
Splash Potion of SUPER Death
A splash potion that exploits an ancient bug to kill invincible mobs, like players in creative mode
Unstable TNT
A block of TNT that can be lit by being broken in survival mode, just like TNT in older version of the game
Unlit Campfire
A campfire with no fire, so just a pile of logs
Lit Furnace
A furnace that's permanently on fire, can't be opened
Lit Restone Lamp
A redstone lamp that's permanently active
Open Iron Trapdoor
An iron trapdoor that's open / vertical when placed
Open Barrel
A barrel with an open top, can't be opened
Full Chiseled Bookshelf
A chiseled bookshelf that appears to have all 6 books in it, books cannot be removed
Full Bee Nest & Full Beehive
A bee nest and hive that each have 3 bees and full honey
Underside Mushroom
A mushroom block with the tan underside / interior texture on all 6 sides
Invisible Item Frame
An item frame that is completely invisible, try not to forget where you place them
Invisible Glow Item Frame
Another invisible item frame, but the items glow in the dark
Armed Armor Stand
An armor stand with 2 useable arms
Small Armor Stand
A baby armor stand that's only 1 block tall

whenever i say /function utilities:spawn_hostile it says "Unknown Function"
The folder is in my datapacks folder in my world and it is not a ZIP file
I have also tried extracting the file but it would not work still.
or i am doing wrong
if i am doing it wrong can you reply to this and show to real commad
