Fortune C doesn't work, it just gives me a knowledge book without converting it and then disappear when I hover my mouse on it

fortune 10k is easier because pick is 3 diamonds block is 9 please make it more balanced

The fortune C is not working, it gives me a knowledge book and when I take it it stays the same
