Make players freeze from the feet to the head as they take damage.

Ice layers will take over your body directly associated with your remaining hearts

Ice layers will give players penalties as listed:

1. Frozen feets on 9 hearts or less (Unable to move)
2. Frozen knees on 7 hearts or less (Unable to jump)
3. Frozen arms on 5 hearts or less (Unable to attack and break blocks)
4. Frozen head 1.5 hearts or less (Start dying from suffocation)

Natural regeneration (with food) is disabled, but fire damage is also disabled by default and its possible to heal with fire damage sources such as lava and fire as the ice layers start to melt. The higher the fire damage, the higher the regeneration.
