Scarecrows (like the ones found near pillager outposts) will turn into giant ~7 block tall Scarecrow Golems at day time.
Their design is based on the type of wood you use for it, if you give it different coloured fences for the arms and feet, the golem will have those colours, no resource pack needed.
The golem will move in one direction in search of a farm, if it finds one, then it will remain around that area and attack anything nearby.
When it reaches day time, the golem is supposed to turn back into the scarecrow, (but atm he just turns into a fence, I never figured that bit out in time.)
(Think this counts as a halloween special, it's got the pumpkin bit at least.)
