The Gigantica datapack features a new overgrown custom plant boss that spawns by using a bonemeal essence on a carnivorous plant. This rare plant can be found in abandoned underground labs scattered across the plains biome. These labs were once owned by the plains scientist who worked tirelessly to bring new overgrowth to the overworld, but failed to contain the deadly Gigantica plant. Optifine will break the resourcepack!!!

- Go in a plains biome and find an overgrown underground lab
- Loot the chests to find some bonemeal essence
- Go downstairs to see the boss room
- In the center of this room there's a small flower, if you use a bonemeal essence on this flower you'll invoke the boss
- Once defeated it'll drop you a custom sword which will sometimes invoke poisonous spikes under your enemy
Boss's ability
- Regenerate health if it gets in contact with water
- Give wither to every entity in a 2 block range from it
- Summon poisonous spikes under the player's feet
- Spawn some poisonous bubbles that'll try to hit the player
- Drink honey bottles and milk from the player's inventory
Other small but cool functionalities
Crops spreading:
- Fully grown crops planted by the player will spread on a block next to it after at least 7 seconds if possible
- Now you have 2 freshly planted crops
- These new crops will also spread on the block next to it, that process will only end once either the player break them or the crops have no block to spread onto
- You can now find naturally generated crops in the overworld such as wheat, carrots, beetroots and potatoes.
- The bonemeal essence can not only spawn the boss but also make the plantations ginormous, these big plantations when broken will drop more loot than a normal one.

The experience of fighting the boss was incredibly immersive, from the underground structure to the flying poison particles to the animations, it was all cinematic and beautiful. I also found it a fun challenge to defeat as I kept being poisoned and dying. (Imagine trying that in hardcore)
I will agree with Kefaku that there are some balancing issues with the structure though.
Also, the spike sword doesn't seem powerful enough to justify taking on the boss. I think it summons spikes too infrequently, and so it's basically just a diamond sword.
Another thing is that you could add more uses for bonemeal essence, as you find so much of it in a lab, but only one gets used to summon gigantica.
About your pack, I especially like how creative and well animated the boss is. (pitb 😏)
The problem I see with this pack, is how unbalanced it is. Having an OP boss is not a problem, because people can decide wether they go there or not, but placing ~190 redstone blocks in the world is definitely giving players to many resources without any hurdle/challenge.
Overall, your pack is very creative and interesting, but not balanced enough yet.
This feedback is kinda short, because Rignchen was pressuring me to get it out quickly, deal with it...
