You can now craft torches out of glow ink sacs. This is useful when deep in the caves where there is no coal.

Also, there's a recipe in the book for it you get when you get a glow ink sac.

Could this also have the same texture and particles as the Bedrock Edition "underwater torch"?

Maybe with a mod or some complicated stuff. I can't actually add a new block with a datapack. I could just have a Glow Ink Torch item though.
