  ...or put more simply, the way things are communicated so that no matter the context or who you're communicating with, they'll be able to know what you're saying without needing feedback (i.e. asking what the heck that word meant).
  
  There is a reason there's certain ways to say and spell words but if you want to confuse people then by all means, go crazy with spelling. I wouldn't expect predictable results though. XD
