Gravitas introduces different gravity and fall damage for each dimension.
The End is low-gravity with 50% fall damage, making precise movements difficult, but allowing for spectacular elytra flight .
The Nether is slightly higher gravity than the overworld, with 25% more fall damage. In high gravity soul sand acts like quicksand and doesnt allow you to jump up a block.
From an upcoming datapack project.

Have something to say?
Is it possible to create artificial gravity in the future for the end? It'd be cool to experience low gravity out in the open, but if you're in a conceal space it goes back to being normal, like in the movies!
