This data pack adds custom functions which I've been using for 2 or 3 years by now, and made a really long time ago to be able to generate any team for Hide and Seek at a moment's notice. It has 7 functions, and 7 Teams:

    Teams:

. Mod (Just in case, I don't use this one but it's nice to have a spare role in case of shuffling, outside of the Mediator roles)
    . Hider

    . Seeker

. Spectator (For people wanting to watch the match without participating.)

    . Hider Mediator

    . Seeker Mediator

    and

    . Spectator Mediator

    Functions:

Generate: Spawns the teams. Can also be used to reset the teams if you made a change or something and wanted to revert to the original.

Join Hider: sets the closest player to team Hider and announces it to chat.

Join Seeker: sets the closest player to team Seeker and announces it to chat.

Join Spectator: sets the closest player to team Spectator and announces it to chat.

Random: Sets all players (Except those on team Spectator and team Mod) into a Hider, with a random person chosen as Seeker.
Show: Gives all players the glowing effect on the opposite team, depending on the team that the player who activated it was on.

    And finally,
Swap: Swaps all players on the Seeking team and all players on the Hiding team.

Or I'll just explain it here in case you're too lazy to do research. Essentially, you need to find the world that you want this resource pack loaded into, or make a new one. If you're making a new one, I'll cover that first- When it asks you for the datapack, it opens a folder, I think you should just be able to unzip the datapack and put it in there.

As for already existing worlds, what you can do is you can navigate to your saves directory (Typically in %appdata% on Windows, but I've moved mine personally to a seperate drive) and then you can look for your world. In the world settings, there's a bunch of folders, things like Advancements, data, etc. In the world name folder, make sure that you make a new folder if there isn't already one named "datapacks". After that, you just put the folder in there and you'll be good to go!
