Hurdy Gurdy!!

This adds a Hurdy gurdy to the hit game minecraft, to get the item do /function whatever it is idk, you need to be opped I think.
DOES NOT NEED OPTIFINE
you need both datapack and resource pack for it to work properly, cycles between 7 shanties from the hit game sea of thieves
if you just want a non-functional hurdy gurdy just give yourself a carrot on a stick with the tag CustomModelData:123456
if you put it on your head you become the hurdy gurdy and thats about it
