This datapack uses very simple commands to create spawners for items instead of mobs.
Use /function item_gen:ig/<spawner type> to create the spawner.

Item-Speed
Iron Ingot - 1-5 ticks
Gold Ingot - 1-5 seconds
Diamond - 5-10 seconds
Enchanted Book - 1 minute
Totem of Undying - 30-60 seconds
XP Bottle - 1 minute
Netherite Ingot - 1-2 minutes

The enchanted book spawner instantly gives you a Protection 4 book.
It spawns a random max level enchanted book every minute.

Enchanted Books not spawned by the spawner are:
-Fire Protection
-Blast Protection
-Projectile Protection
-Binding Curse
-Smite
-Bane of Arthropods
-Vanishing Curse

That would force console to execute a command every tick, which means 20 commands a second. I'm sorry, but I can't do that. It would lag out servers too much, and I want my datapacks to be server friendly.

I know that but I don't know what the spawner type for the enchanted books name for the command is.

the spawner type is just book
use /function item_gen:ig/book to get the enchanted book spawner.
