this pack detects when you right click on a carrot on a stick with custom model data of 1 which will look like a jetpack while using the resource pack, when detected it give levitation effect for 1 second and slow falling effect for 6 seconds and plays a sound when flying. do /function jetpack:getjetpack to obtain the jetpack with the custom model of 1
