    Find a new companion, the jungle robot, inside the jungle pyramid. Free it from the vines using a brush.

    The ancient machine built by a long gone civilization is connected to nature. It locates back to its old home, the trail ruins, by giving it an amethyst shard.

    Further, the machine fills any creeper holes. Giving it any compostable material, will have the robot shoot vines.

    This datapack was created in the span of one week for the 2025 Summer Datapack Jam which ran under the theme Companion.

    hey,
    • the robot is pretty annoying as it's running around everywhere and you constantly end up looking for it, this also make it not really look like a companion more like something you free and then it lives it's life
    • also it can place vines on anything, including non solid blocks like vines
    • love how well it integrate with the jungle pyramid
    • the command block is the best thing I've seen

    I'd say doubly so when it comes to minecraft content. Its quite hard to have interest without forcing the player to use or learn about the object of said interest. Well done.
