Since mushroom blocks can be used as fuel and you can burn leaves IRL (albeit a short while) I felt like leaves should be able to be burned for fuel.

They have around the same burn time as a stick

UPDATE: Kelp can now be used as fuel too in a similar way

It would actually make more sense if the bio fuel does more to actually make use out of it, rather than using Coal you found while minning for recourses
