Basics:
Naming a snowball Shulker Bullet in an anvil allows you to shoot a Shulker Bullet.
This bullet attacks the closest mob.
Backstory:
I made the original datapack a long time ago with testing and suggestions from DiegoVlsqzPint.
It was fun but kind of overpowered. Then along comes Drakio-X with a suggestion that only snowballs named in anvils should have this power. I thought that was a good idea, but I was not as good with commands and didn't have the time.
Then 7 months later FallenPallidin suggests the same thing and I'm like "Hey, I know how to do this quickly now." so here you are.
