The locator amulet datapack adds new functionality to the locator bar introduced in 1.21.5. With this item you will be able to toggle whether the bar will show your location based on if you are holding it or not. The locator bar does not show you otherwise, even on first join. all other locator bar functionality remains.
The texture is inspired by Minecraft story mode's amulet.
this is meant for multiplayer use. The Locator Amulet has no function in singleplayer
Permissions
You may use this datapack for a private or public SMP. without permission If you want to use it for a youtube/twitch SMP, you may do so without permission. Just inform me. I'd love to see it. Just direct people in some way to the PMC page of the datapack or credit me (PercyJames) in some way.
You may NOT upload this datapack with or without my knowledge to other sites without my permission.
You may modify the code of the datapack such as the waypoint receive range or recipe for private or public SMPs.
You may NOT upload these modified versions to PMC or any other site especially if you claim it to be yours.
You may make resource packs to change the texture and/or name of the Locator Amulet and post them.
You may NOT reupload the whole datapack to PMC or other sites with a redone texture of the Locator Amulet.
