    do any of the commands work? I'm trying to spawn in wandering traders to get these but do i just have to wait? maybe a give cmd as a small suggestion

    how to open a seed packet and the seed packet texture is not loading

    First of all, you cannot open the seed packet, you right click it on Watered Farmland, it has only five uses but if you harvest a melon with the seed packet in hand you can refill it. Second thing, check if you actually have the resource pack loaded, and check if you have any other resource packs that might not be compatible with it.
