How to install Minecraft Data Packs

give your gold sword 64 nether star and 64 block of gold to turn it into a the Gate. when you press Q with the Gate you will summon 3 golden swords from the gate and fly forward after 1 second. The golden swords will explode when it hit a mob. Also you can control those golden swords when they are flying.

i have tried a few of your datapacks and dont know how to make anything in them work. I've tried 1.17, 1.18 and such based on what the datapack says on the page and such. I have ensured to extract to a folder and even tried using the zip folder and nothing is working.
