This data pack adds magnets and magnetic blocks into Minecraft. The magnets attract the magnetic material towards them, however, they do not attract or repel each other. When you load your world you should automatically receive command blocks that are named "Magnet" and "Magnetic Material". Place these down to place magnet blocks and magnetic material blocks respectively. If you lose the blocks, you can reload the world to get them again.

Copper is not magnetic, it would make more sense to reverse it and make copper magnets that attract iron because copper can be used to make electro magnets or you could make netherite attract iron

Yeah, this is a completly cool idea, use magentite block to attract iron or give redstone power to copper blocks which will permit to attract the iron (and maybe netherite and magnetite)

This is a really cool data pack, the movement is very smooth and not jagged and it works very well.
Question: How do you deactivate the commands so you can build something then activate it like in the video
