First,use the recipe to craft a command block

Any orange block | iron ingot | any orange block |
Iron ingot | stone | Iron ingot |
Any orange block | iron ingot | any orange block |

And right click it on the ground
Wait 5 seconds and pick up the book
Than write your command into books
Drop in onto command block
Kill the wither for the magic mether star and drop it on your command block to change iT into repeating!
