It is minecraft, but every chunk has a random potion effect. In one chunk, you can have speed, but in a chunk right next to that one, you can have instant harming.
This datapack works for 1.21 only. It will not work for earlier versions.
Run the command "/function chunk_random_effect:settings" to change the settings. (You need to enable cheats to do this)
