NO WITHERS

This datapack makes it impossible to spawn withers without cheats. If you have cheats, you can still spawn wither with /summon wither
This datapack is good for servers that wants to prevent wither griefing.
And this datapack has no ticking functions at all. So, it doesn't impact game performance.
This datapack also adds a crafting recipe for nether star and wither rose, so that these items are possible to obtain.
This datapack removes the killing wither requirement for monsters hunted advancement.
